Account & Registration

Registration is free and straightforward. Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a password. You'll receive an OTP via SMS to verify your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. You must be 21 years or older to register.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account at 83jl com. Age is verified during the KYC process required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed and any associated balances forfeited. If you are under 21, please do not register.

No. Only one account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. If you've forgotten your login details, contact our support team via live chat rather than creating a new account.

No documents are needed at registration. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. At that point, you'll need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — accepted documents include a passport, driver's licence, or national ID. The full list of accepted documents is shown in your account dashboard when you initiate KYC.

Contact 83jl com support via live chat and request a password reset. The support team will verify your identity using your registered details before making any changes. Support is available 24/7, so you can reach them any time — whether you're in Manila, Cebu, or Davao.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions at 83jl com are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. The specific options available to your account are displayed in your dashboard at the time of deposit or withdrawal. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on this platform.

Most deposits reflect in your account promptly after the payment is confirmed on the sending end. Processing times vary depending on the payment method — InstaPay transactions are generally near-instant, while PESONet may take longer depending on your bank's cut-off times. If a deposit hasn't reflected after a reasonable wait, contact support with your transaction reference number and they'll investigate.

Withdrawals are requested from your account dashboard. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be KYC-verified — meaning you'll need to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Once verified, you can request a withdrawal to your Philippine bank account or eligible e-wallet. Funds are released in PHP. Processing times depend on the method selected and are shown in the dashboard.

Local e-wallets may be available as payment options on the platform — the specific methods supported for your account are shown in your dashboard at the time of the transaction. Whether GCash or Maya appears as an option depends on current availability. We don't make guarantees about specific e-wallet availability at all times, as this can vary. Check your dashboard for the current options.

First, check whether the amount was deducted from your bank or e-wallet. If it was deducted but hasn't reflected in your 83jl com account, note the transaction reference number from your bank or payment app and contact support via live chat. Provide the reference number, the amount, the payment method used, and the approximate time of the transaction. The support team will investigate and resolve it.

Games & Slots

83jl com offers a broad game selection suited to Filipino players. This includes slots (classic reels and video slots), live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and more with real dealers), sports betting, eBingo, and online poker. The full library is accessible from your account dashboard once you log in. You can browse by category or search by title.

Yes. The 83jl com platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS. You don't need to install anything to play from your phone — just open your browser and go. For Android users who prefer a dedicated app, it's available for download from the Download page. Games, your account balance, and betting history are the same whether you play on mobile or desktop.

Slot games at 83jl com use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which means each spin result is independently random and not influenced by previous results. No strategy, timing, or betting pattern can predict or control the outcome of a spin. The house retains a mathematical edge over time — this is how all gaming platforms work. If you have questions about specific game mechanics, contact support or refer to the game's information panel.

Most games at 83jl com are designed to resume from where they left off if your connection drops mid-round. When you log back in, the game should reflect the round's outcome. If you believe a bet was placed but no result was recorded, contact support with the game name, approximate time, and the amount involved. The support team can investigate session logs and resolve the issue.

Sports Betting

83jl com covers a wide range of sports markets popular with Filipino bettors. This includes basketball (PBA and NBA), football, boxing, volleyball, esports, and major international competitions. The available markets and events are shown in real time on the Betting page. Markets vary depending on the season and scheduled fixtures.

Live betting (also called in-play betting) lets you place bets on events that are already in progress — for example, betting on the outcome of a PBA game during the third quarter. Odds update continuously as the game unfolds, reflecting the current score and game situation. You access live betting from the Betting section of your dashboard once you're logged in. Bets placed during live events are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.

Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time your bet was confirmed and the stake you placed. The calculation is: stake × odds = total return (which includes your original stake). Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PHP account balance automatically once the event result is confirmed. You can see your bet history and settled bets in the Betting section of your dashboard.

Generally, bets cannot be cancelled or changed once they are confirmed. This applies to both pre-match and live bets. Once you confirm a bet, it is final. For this reason, always review your selection, stake, and the odds displayed before confirming. If you believe there was a technical error during bet placement, contact support as soon as possible with the details.

Account Security

83jl com uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. OTP verification adds a second layer of security to your login. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account — one you don't use anywhere else — and logging out from shared devices such as internet café computers or borrowed phones. Never share your password or OTP with anyone.

If you receive an OTP for your 83jl com account without requesting one, do not share it with anyone. Contact our support team via live chat immediately. An unrequested OTP may indicate that someone else is attempting to access your account. The support team can help secure your account right away. Also, change your password as soon as possible from a device you trust.

No. 83jl com staff will never ask for your password, your full OTP code, or full payment details via any channel — not by live chat, SMS, or email. If someone contacts you claiming to be from 83jl com and asks for these details, it is not us. Treat it as a phishing attempt, do not provide any information, and report the contact to our support team immediately.

Responsible Gaming

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools by contacting support:
  • Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps
  • Session time reminders — get notified after a set play duration
  • Cooling-off periods — pause your account for days or weeks
  • Self-exclusion — close your account for a defined or indefinite period
Contact live chat support to activate any of these. For more detail, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Yes. You can request a deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly — by contacting 83jl com support via live chat. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Reductions are applied right away; increases require a cooling-off period before they take effect. This tool is designed to help you stay within a budget you're comfortable with.

Contact 83jl com support via live chat or email and request a self-exclusion. You can choose a defined exclusion period or request an indefinite closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or make deposits. If you change your mind during a self-exclusion period, there is a waiting period before reinstatement can be considered — this is intentional, to give you time and space. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

The first step is to be honest with yourself about what you're experiencing. Then contact 83jl com support via live chat — they're available 24/7 and will help you access whichever tool is most appropriate for your situation without judgement. If you feel you need professional support beyond what a gaming platform can offer, speaking with a counsellor or mental health professional in the Philippines is a practical and recommended step. All responsible gaming conversations with our support team are handled with complete confidentiality.
